Feelings Are Not Facts

Feelings are not facts, they are just feelings.

It’s important to remember that we cannot control the outcome of our actions.

We can make sure that we do the best that we are capable of, but what will happen in the future is out of our hands.

If you’re not smoking, drinking, having affairs, and engaging in activities you know are not ‘healthy’ and you are practicing authentic Qigong, then realise that a positive outcome is just as likely as a negative one.

In the absence of certainty, you get to choose what you focus on.

Choose wisely.
