A Simple Way To Tell If Your Qigong Practice Is Correct

Here’s a quick, simple tip you can use to work out if your Qigong practice is correct. Ask yourself this question:

‘Do you feel better at the end of your practice than you did at the start of your practice?’

Do you feel more relaxed, peaceful, energized, focused, calm etc?

If the answer is yes then it’s likely that your practice is correct and the best thing to do is to keep on doing what you’re doing.

Occasionally the answer will be no, usually if you are experiencing some heavy or stubborn cleansing from the meridians.

If you’re answer to this question is more often ‘No’, than ‘Yes’ – then you need to stop your practice and find a Qigong teacher to find out what you are doing wrong.
